Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item has been damaged during transit or you've received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@valleyorganicbalms.com.au. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly and make things right.

Returns

We happily accept returns when:

  • Your return request is made within 30 days of your purchase.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging and is unused or only lightly used.
  • You can provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

How to Request a Return

Simply email us at hello@valleyorganicbalms.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • The product you'd like to return
  • A brief explanation of the reason for your return

We'll guide you through the return process and let you know where to send your item.

Refunds

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method as quickly as possible.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged or we sent you the incorrect item.
